In the more than ten years that David Menaged has been representing tenants and landlords, he has completed more than 500 transactions totaling more than 2 million square feet, with aggregate rent commitments of over $400 million. His acumen for the business was demonstrated early on, when, in his second year in the industry, he was named as a finalist in The Real Estate Board of New York's "Most Promising Salesperson" contest.

Before founding Intrepid Real Estate Group, Menaged worked for eight years as a Senior Director at Adams & Company Real Estate. In this position, he was responsible for the training and daily management of five brokers. While at Adams & Company, one of his most impressive achievements was playing the leading role in the conversion of the 175,000 square foot 34 West 33rd Street to its present day identity as The Childrenswear Center at 34W.

Some of Menaged's most notable single transactions were: Longstreet Holding Company - 25,200 square feet, LT Apparel Group - 29,000 square feet and Wiesner Products and their affiliates - rental of over 50,000 square feet.

Menaged established Intrepid Real Estate Group in 2008, bringing together an impressive team of real estate professionals. In the years since its founding, the company has enjoyed rapid growth and built an excellent reputation in a competitive marketplace.

Menaged is a member of The Real Estate Board of New York and resides in Brooklyn with his wife of 11 years and their children.
